We respond to properly formatted notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and applicable law. If you believe that Content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the material that is alleged to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material (such as a URL).

Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A written statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If your Content has been removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was in error or that you have the necessary rights to post the Content, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature, including your full legal name.

Identification of the Content that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the Content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the party who submitted the original copyright complaint and inform them that we may restore the removed Content. If the original complainant does not file a legal action seeking a court order to block restoration, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the Content within ten to fourteen business days (or longer, if necessary).

Important Notice

Submitting a counter-notification may trigger legal action between you and the complaining party to determine ownership of the disputed material. Filing false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices can result in legal liability.

Removal of Infringing Content

Games reserves the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, we may also terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
